HEMATITE

Hematite is iron oxide. An iron ore found in igneous rocks. They are opaque and have iridescent surfaces.

Blackish-Gray with a metallic lustre, opaque, Good Cut, Good Polish.
Moh's Hardness = 6 - 6.5.
